What to Do

  • Cathedral Cove: Pristine emerald waters framed by arching sea cliffs; Cathedral Cove uniquely greets all of its visitors. Take in the neighboring Te Hoho rock formation or the Te Whanganui-o-Hei Marine Reserve, an ideal location for diving and viewing the local marine wildlife.
  • Diving: Home to an abundant marine life, Mercury and Gemstone Bay provide calm waters and a vibrant wildlife, including sponge gardens, and reefs. Coromandel is an incredible location for both snorkeling and scuba diving.
