How it Works
- Request a quote (below)
- A Group Sales Advisor will help you select a hotel based on the size of the group and destination(s) that you would like to visit
- Our experienced team of Group Service Advisors will negotiate with the hotel on your behalf to get you the best possible rate and value-adds
- Once the group is ready to book we send you the contract for review
- Once the contract is signed and we receive a deposit, a dedicated Group Coordinator is assigned to your group, and will be your single point of contact for all your group travel needs including changes, payments, cancelations, transfers, tours, documents and final accounting
